I put one of these up several years ago in the midwest and all I got were bees. You know, that might not have been all so bad in hindsight now. Do you need to ONLY have it up during the time hummingbirds are in town? (not sure if it was or wasn't that time when I had it up; was thinking they were around all summer). Did have a Thai basil plant that flowered and got hummingbirds visiting those flowers. 😁

Stop the fear-mongering! Raw milk from a cow is in no way innately dangerous - unless it's been contaminated by a pathogen between the utter and the person drinking it or if the consumption date has expired. This risk, by the way, pertains to ALL FRESH FOODS: meat (steak tartare), seafood (sashimi / oysters), eggs, dairy and, yes, even fruit & vegetables. Beyond this blatant point, humans have consumed raw milk for millennia since the start of animal husbandry; many peoples across the globe continue to drink it today; and we're still all here to discuss it on UA-cam. Finally, pasteurising and homogenising milk transforms it into an ultra-processed food, and all doctors and nutrition experts will agree the less processed the foods we eat the better.

Awesome. I want to get into Aquaponics, to raise fish and vegetables for food. It's neat seeing Perch, Trout, etc. used. Would be great if we could get to a point where enough people are raising fish for food and stock that we can restock a bunch of these fisheries in mass to help them recover. Preserve them for future generations. If I really get into it, I'd love to get into a situation where I could work with our local DNR folks to donate fry to help stock and improve our fisheries.

This sounds a lot like synergistic agriculture...except for the tilling. I'd like to know his thoughts on mulch. Plants continually occupying and feeding the soil, yes, but regular destruction of the soil seems at odds with this. Good video, thanks!

The owner of buds supermarket got stiffed out of that lease, value village (a thrift store) was his business. I will not drink milk with lactaid unless I have to. Right now I don't need it. There are other ways to get calcium and dairy.

What about someone who used to drink it so much then became lactose intolerant from it. 2/4 to 1 gallon a day is what I drank

Having over 25 years experience in dealing with customers hands on installing, staining an sealing many types of wood with an additional 10 yrs cutting timber I respect the veneer buyers for wanting perfection but at the same time I can guarantee you 90% of every day people myself included like the look of knots an imperfections in grain much more veneer because it gives the wood character. Worm aside I've seen a piece of walnut with so much bird peck it was priced high because of it's look. Veneer buyers are harming small tree businesses an loggers an farmers thinking they are the Gods of wood buyers
